My first impression of support was better than I expected. I had an issue with my EA account and they got back to me quickly. It did take one follow-up to fully sort things out, but in the end they fixed it, so I’m happy with the experience.

I actually enjoy the game, but it keeps crashing on my console, usually right when I’m getting into it or in the middle of something important. The timing is so frustrating...

Some of the menus work fine with my screen reader, so it’s not bad overall. But am I missing something, or are a lot of the accessibility settings kind of buried? A few buttons also aren’t very clear, which makes things more frustrating than they need to be. It’s okay, but it could definitely be easier to use

I bought it expecting to use it right away, but the download just never started for me. I tried waiting and checking again, but nothing worked on my end, so it was frustrating.

I tried signing into my EA Sports account and it just kept asking me for codes over and over. The password reset took long too, which made the whole thing even more annoying. I did finally get in, but it basically wasted my entire evening. The games are fine, but the account login stuff is rough.

I play Ultimate Team a lot, it can be really fun when everything is working. Building squads and trying out new players is still the main reason I keep coming back. But it gets annoying because it feels like they keep promising better servers, more balanced gameplay, and a fairer experience, and then nothing really changes. Some days the servers are awful, matches feel completely different from one game to the next, and packs are still way too expensive for what you usually get. I do enjoy the mode, but I’m tired of hearing promises that don’t seem to show up in the actual game

I really wanted to get into this because the game looks fun and I like the idea of it, and when it actually runs for a bit there are some decent moments. The menus are sluggish though, and I kept having to wait or restart when they froze up. After a few nights of trying, the bigger issue is that it crashes almost every match, so it’s been really hard to play for more than a few minutes at a time

I started getting random login alerts on my account and it freaked me out because I couldn’t tell if someone was actually getting in or if the system was just being weird, then support took way longer than I expected to get back to me and by the time they did I was already uneasy, so even though nothing major seems to have happened I still don’t really feel like I can trust it.

It just feels a little outdated right now. Like, it could really use some newer updates to make it feel more current and fresh.

I was really hoping to hop on and play with my friends, but crossplay still just doesn’t work right. We tried setting it up and, i don’t even know why it’s still this difficult—couldn’t get into a game together.

I don’t know what’s going on with the matchmaking, but I keep getting put against super sweaty players over and over. It’s just not fun at all, like not even a little fun anymore

The pack odds on easports.com still don’t feel clear enough to me. Yeah, they show percentages, but come on now, it still doesn’t really feel like you know what you’re actually paying for.
I checked the odds before opening packs, and the results just felt way off. Maybe everything is technically listed correctly, but from a normal customer point of view, it really doesn’t feel transparent.

I just wish they’d explain it in plain language instead of relying on tiny numbers and vague wording. It leaves a bad taste, especially when people are spending real money...

I still enjoy some EA games, but the way the community is handled feels disappointing. Reports seem to sit around forever, forum replies are few and far between, and it can feel like only the loudest complaints get any attention. That doesn’t really seem right when regular players are just trying to be heard and treated fairly. I think they should do a better job of actually communicating with the community, not just showing up when something has already gone wrong.

I accidentally bought a game and requested a refund the same day, thinking it would be straightforward. The replies from support were really slow and felt like generic copy-and-paste messages. It did get resolved eventually, but I had to chase them a few times before anything actually moved along. Not a terrible experience overall, but for a big company, I expected the refund process to be a lot quicker and easier.

The servers keep going down in the middle of matches, and it’s actually getting really annoying. I just want to play without constantly getting kicked out.

Feels like every update messes something else up. Not better. Just more broken than before.

It feels like every game now is just designed to shove packs and coins in your face nonstop. You spend actual real money and then get absolutely nothing worth caring about, like the game personally robbed you in broad daylight. Maybe I’m being dramatic, but it’s seriously ridiculous at this point. Just doesn’t feel worth it anymore.

I keep picking up EA sports games thinking the rosters and licensing will maybe be a little more complete, but it still feels kind of unfinished in places. Some teams, leagues, or player details are missing or look generic, and it sort of takes me out of the game when I notice it.
The roster updates also seem a bit slower than they should be, especially after transfers or lineup changes. The gameplay is mostly fine, but for the price, I’d probably expect the real teams and current squads to be handled better. It’s not awful or anything, just mildly frustrating.

The games look fine overall, but the controls are kinda frustrating. I’ll press a button and it sorta feels like my player reacts half a second late. It makes online matches feel unfair sometimes. It’s not totally broken, but it really needs to be more responsive.

I tried appealing my ban it felt like nobody even looked at what I wrote. I had to explain the same situation over and over, which got really frustrating, especially when the ban still feels unfair. In the end, nothing changed and my account is still banned.
